HEAR how Heifer International helps impoverished people become self-sufficient with income-producing animals and training.
TALK with people who have visited Heifer project partners in different countries. LEARN about free educational resources for teachers.
ENJOY a presentation of a Heifer International study tour to Nicaragua.
WATCH children take part in a "Goat Walk" and other activities for children.

Have lunch at "Heifer Cafe". Family Fun for All. There is no admission charge.

HEIFER HAPPENING, a fund-raiser for Heifer International to help end world hunger
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 9, 2010,
at Wesley Park UMC, 1150 32nd Street ,Wyoming, MI.

There will be opportunity to purchase symbolic animal gifts for struggling families who will repay the "living loan" by passing one or more of their female animal's offspring to other families in need. Global Gifts and HAPI (Haitian Artisans for Peace International) will have world handicrafts for sale.
